Founded in 1984, brothers Fernando and Santiago Aguerre combined their marketing savvy minds and a love for surf culture to create a sandal brand that embodied the heart and soul of the surf lifestyle. Introducing the brand through ‘Miss Reef’ a secretive and beautiful woman that never revealed her face or identity, the world was hooked.

Almost 30 years on and expansion into men’s clothing, ladies swimwear and a children’s division, Reef still holds those core values as an integral part of the brand – something that the company aims to never lose.
