Guarantee, Refunds and Returned Goods

We endeavor to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from harpoonlouies.com. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item. We will accept returns up to 9 days after the date of invoice. If you wish to return an item to us you must first obtain a returns number - you can do this by phoning us on 0161 839 9313 or emailing us at returns@harpoonlouies.com - we cannot accept any returned items without this prior authorisation. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package.

The item(s) must be returned to us within 9 days of the date this returns number is issued. Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the postage back to us but there will be no subsequent postal charge for the replacement item.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund you have to cover the cost of the postage back to us. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will cover the cost of any return postage due. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.

For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Some items are excluded and can not be returned for hygiene reasons ie.swimwear, underwear, DVDs etc unless the cellophane wrapper is intact.
